  • School licences bring planning, classroom tools and AI resources into one connected platform, with professional development and ongoing support.

    What’s included
    Full Pro access for each teacher, additional AI usage, shared planning through Classroom, school branding, priority support and a complimentary administrator account with access to teacher plans and engagement reporting.

    Flexible implementation
    Start with a pilot or school-wide access, with no minimum number of teachers. We handle account setup and provide professional development to help teachers get started.

    School billing
    Licences are billed annually per teacher seat, with terms aligned to your school year or budget cycle. Teachers can be added during the year at a prorated cost.

    Privacy and responsible use
    There are no student accounts, and features can function without personal data that identifies students. We review your school’s privacy, hosting and AI requirements before implementation.

  • Data Privacy, Security & Student Safety

    Simple Mondays uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for secure cloud infrastructure, with server hosting options to meet school location requirements. We take GDPR seriously and work with schools to review privacy, hosting, access controls and responsible AI use before implementation.

    Designed for teachers, Simple Mondays has no student accounts. Its features can be used without entering personal data that identifies a student, supporting the GDPR principle of data minimisation.

  • AI in Simple Mondays drafts; teachers decide. Our AI tools and Miss Honey assistant help teachers develop ideas, create teaching resources and draft report card comments. Teachers can upload curriculum to guide generation and create resources in multiple languages.

    Teacher oversight
    AI can make mistakes. Teachers review, adapt and approve all content, confirm curriculum alignment and retain responsibility for teaching, assessment and reporting decisions.

    AI Credits
    School licences include an enhanced monthly AI allowance, with a visual usage meter. Credits reset on the 1st of each month. Report card comments and student notes comments do not count toward credits.

    Data and responsible use
    AI resource tools can function without personal data that identifies students. Third-party providers, including Gemini, support our AI features. Teachers use the platform in accordance with school policies and professional standards.
